Because wall materials, door frames, trim construction, paint finishes, Sheetrock, mounting conditions, hardware conditions, environmental conditions, and usage environments vary, Solo Spiker cannot guarantee that cosmetic, surface-level, or structural damage will not occur during installation, assembly, removal, storage, or use of the product.
Solo Spiker may provide recommended mounting procedures, protective materials, pads, straps, positioning guidance, videos, safety information, and installation instructions intended to help reduce the likelihood of damage; however, users assume full responsibility for installation decisions, mounting locations, inspection prior to use, continued inspection during use, and ongoing safe operation of the product.

Users are responsible for properly assembling, inspecting, maintaining, storing, transporting, and using the product in accordance with all instructions, warnings, assembly procedures, safety guidelines, and recommended usage practices provided by Solo Spiker.
Athletic training activities involving tethered, elastic, rebound, tension-based, moving, or detachable components inherently involve risk. Users must maintain appropriate spacing, situational awareness, reasonable care, and safe operating conditions during use.
Improper assembly, misuse, unintended use, modification of components, failure to inspect components before use, excessive force, failure to supervise minors, failure to maintain safe spacing, failure to follow instructions, or continued use of worn, loose, frayed, cracked, unstable, damaged, or compromised components may increase the risk of injury, rebound-related incidents, entanglement, equipment failure, or property damage.
Users are responsible for inspecting all arms, base sections, fasteners, tethers, bungees, ball sleeves, straps, attachment points, and related components before each use. Users should discontinue use immediately if any component appears loose, unstable, worn, damaged, cracked, frayed, compromised, or performs unusually.

Improper installation, excessive force, misuse, unintended applications, modification of components, failure to inspect components prior to use, failure to follow instructions, or continued use of worn, loose, damaged, unstable, or compromised components may increase the risk of injury, rebound-related incidents, equipment failure, instability, detachment, or property damage.
Users are responsible for inspecting all mounts, attachment points, straps, fasteners, clamps, poles, surfaces, tether systems, cords, and related components before each use and should discontinue use immediately if any component appears compromised or unstable.
